Sometimes it’s the simplest of recipes that make the most delicious treats. This three ingredient Twix Caramel Ice Cream is just that, simple and delicious.
I’m not sure if it’s because simple recipes aren’t a huge effort to make, and can be enjoyed more quickly, or if it’s just the right collection of flavours.
Whatever the reason this Twix caramel ice cream recipe is a perfect example of something so easy and so delicious. Just three ingredients, no egg custard to make and a smooth, sweet, creamy ice cream!
I tried a few versions before settling on this recipe. Â Each time I tried a variation I knew I was over complicating the recipe.
This recipe with only three ingredients was the best. If you have ever wanted to try your hand at making ice-cream start with this recipe. Even if you don’t have an ice-cream maker you can still make this dessert.
I give you my Twix Caramel Ice Cream… it’s almost to simple to call a recipe!

I always tell readers I’m a lazy cook. The truth is I am an odd combination of being fussy about my food and lazy! I want to spend the minimum time in the kitchen but I want to get the maximum results.
This recipe ticks all the boxes. Â It only needs minimal assistance from me, and its still a delicious and impressive dessert.
Oh and I can imagine it with a little chocolate sauce poured over the top! YUM!
